What are your fees?

I currently charge $250/hour for visits.

Initial visits typically take 90 minutes.

The length of all other visits depends upon your care plan and issues which need to be addressed.

If your visit is shorter than your scheduled time, you will only be charged for the time used.

Payment for your intial visit is due at the time of booking. Payment for subsequent visits is due at the time of the visit.

Lab costs start at about $100 and, depending upon the testing needed can exceed $5,000.

How do your care plans work?

I create a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs and lay out the next steps, medications, labs, and lifestyle changes.

I give you a schedule of frequency of visits and follow up with detailed instructions.

Do you treat children?

Currently, the youngest patient I will see is 16 years of age.

I am happy to refer you to one of my colleagues that treat children.

How do I communicate with you?

I ask that all clients use the Patient Portal for all communications.

Do you see patients in person?

In person visits are available by appointment only. Saturday and house vists are available for an extra fee.

What if I have already had testing done?

If I am familair and trained in the interpretation of the lab work you have completed you may forward your results to my office for review in your appointment.

Extensive lab review that cannot be performed during your appointment is charged at $250/hour.

How do I purchase supplements?

I have partnered with a number of leading supplement companies but you can purchase the supplements from the provider of your choice.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

If you need a refill for a prescription, please send a message through the Patient Portal directly to your practitioner requesting the medication.

Please provide your provider with 7 days notice before you run out of your medication, which will be refilled by your pharmacy.

Please provide your provider with 14 days notice for mail order or compounding pharmacy.

Be sure to include the name, dosage and frequency you take it as well as your pharmacy's information.

For your safety, we reserve the right to deny your prescription refill until you see your practitioner.

You will be required to return every 3 months for medicatoins for chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, bio-identical hormones, etc.

This is subject to the medication you are taking and the discretion of your practitioner.

If you are taking medications for any mood disorder or ADD/ADHD including, but not limited to, long term use of stimulants, benzodiazepenes, anti-anxiety, or anti-depressant, you will be required to see a prescribing psychiatrist to provide and monitor your medications.

To find a psychiatrist in your network, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.

Note: If  you have not been seen by me for more than a year, you will be required to be seen before we can refill your medication.

How do I obtain a copy of my medical records?

Please email [email protected] and type "Medical Records" in the subject line.

Please note it may take up to 4 weeks to obtain a copy of your medical records, so please let us know if you have decided to leave the medical practice. We will send your records through your patient portal whenever possible and use your email address on file as the second option. We will send your records through the postal service only when necessary and for this service, there is a copying and mailing charge.

How do I control my personal information?

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

We may use your personal information to send you changes in our policies, a newsletter or a promotion.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act of 1998. A small fee will be payable.

I offer visits by appointment in-person in Littleton and via telemedicine visits across Colorado.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:30AM – 6:00PM
Saturdays and House Visits are available by appointment for an extra fee.
