In our first 90-minute appointment, we’ll take the time to review your medical history and recommend any necessary labs to understand your health better.
During the second appointment, we’ll go over your results together and create a personalized care plan that’s tailored to your needs. We also include discounts on select lab tests to make things a bit easier for you.

STEP 1
Our 30-Minute Intro Session for Prospective Patients
Experience a personalized approach to healthcare with our medical providers. Our practice offers functional, integrative, and holistic treatments tailored to your individual needs. Discover the benefits of natural healing methods, personalized treatment plans, and a comprehensive understanding of your body’s unique physiology.
We understand how important it is to find the right fit for your healthcare journey. This introductory practice session is designed as a conversation where you can learn about our approach, ask questions, and discover if our practice is the right match for your needs. Please note that this session is not a full medical consultation and does not include personalized care or treatment planning.
Instead of a fee, we ask for a $10 donation to Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a foundation close to our hearts.
Leah, our provider, is currently navigating her own breast cancer journey, and this cause reflects her commitment to giving back and supporting others impacted by the disease.
Your donation allows you to explore a potential path to better health while also contributing to meaningful support and resources for individuals and families facing breast cancer.

New Patients Initial Evaluation Package – $999
Our Initial Evaluation is only for patients who have already had their introductory session. If you are new patient, please schedule an introductory session before the initial evaluation.
Our process begins with the Initial Evaluation, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your health. This deep dive ensures your treatment isn’t just reactive — it’s strategic and tailored to your root causes. Our medical providers will review your full medical history. If necessary, she may recommend additional lab or imaging tests to gain deeper insights. A personalized care plan will then be created based on this information that includes:
- Two 90-minute consults with our medical providers
- Full health history review
- Personalized care plan
- Recommendations for functional testing
- Discounts on select labs when ordered together
Recommended Testing Discounts:
- Choose one set of tests for a 5% discount.
- Choose two sets for a 10% discount.
- Choose three or more sets for a 15% discount.
Note: These discounts do not apply to insurance-based labs, Genova, or Galleri. Payment is required when the test is ordered.
Important Note:
The new patient evaluation package must be utilized within three months of purchase. Both appointments included in the package must be completed within this period. After three months, the package will expire. If you are not enrolled in a membership, any future appointments, portal messages, medication refills, and related services will be billed at the standard non-member rate.
New Patients
A link to book your initial evaluation package will be sent via email through either your Welcome email or the Next Steps email you will receive after completing the initial required steps (e.g. Intro Session, Patient Portal sign-up, etc.).

New Member Membership Policies
After your initial evaluation:
Membership Terms
- Commitment: 6 consecutive months (minimum).
- Upgrades: Allowed anytime during the 6-month period.
- Downgrades: Only permitted after the 6-month term.
- After 6 Months: Continue month-to-month, renew for another term (with prepay discounts), or adjust your care plan.
Why 6 months? True healing takes time.
- Six months allows us to:
- Discover root causes of your health concerns.
- Track meaningful progress.
- Adjust care plans for lasting results.
